QUT's online resources include the information new staff and students need to use the University's technology resources effectively.

The Student IT Services Guide covers essential computing information for QUT students. It explains the process of accessing your computer and email accounts through activating your QUT-Access username and passwords, describes online teaching materials, and gives the location of the central computing labs.

The Staff IT Services Guide shows new QUT staff how to access computing and information services such as email, QUT Virtual, the QUT Diary and the Finance System.

At User Guides staff will find help to use resources such as the QUT Diary, the Internet Access Service, email, the Curwen Results System, QUT Virtual, the QUT Finance System, Voice Mail and Web Development through Information Technology Services.

QUT Blackboard support for staff and students includes introductions, tip sheets and frequently asked questions.

The QUT Web Manual is a guide for staff working on QUT websites (QUT staff only).
